Offset / Index InstrumentsTranslucent amber resin. Mineral glass. Brushed steel.
A different angle
on the everyday.
Offset gives a desk clock an architectural presence without losing its clarity. A thick amber resin wedge leans backwards, holding a graphite dial away from the body's geometric centre.
Light passes through the broad bevels and refracts around the dial. Two white hands and a restrained ring of marks keep the everyday act of reading time simple.
Thick amber resin reveals its depth around the opaque graphite dial.
The resin gathers daylight around a face designed to be read at a glance.
Off-centre.
Easy to understand.
- A body with direction
- The asymmetric wedge gives the clock a grounded stance and a gentle backward lean. Broad rounded bevels soften its mass while showing the depth of the resin.
- A dial that holds attention
- A graphite circle creates an opaque field inside the transparent amber body. White hands and fine marks keep the face clear without adding another layer of decoration.
- A distinct point of contact
- The oversized steel winding cylinder sits low on the side, separate from the dial. Its polished surface makes a precise tactile counterpoint to the thick cast resin.
