Morrow drafts, sorts and suggests. A person approves anything that leaves the building.
Show the work.
Every automation is visible, logged and reversible. If we can’t explain it in one sentence, it doesn’t ship.
Measure what moves.
Conversations, not clicks. We report the few numbers that change how a team spends its week.
Respect the evening.
No red badges, no streaks, no unread counts. A notification has to earn its place.
We would rather ship one calm thing than ten loud ones.
