Tide / Onda HouseFlame-orange lacquered aluminium. Polished stainless steel.
A small ritual,
made expressive.
Tide turns a daily act of tending into an encounter with form. An inflated orange crescent holds the water, while a slender polished-steel spout carries its gesture forward.
The reservoir curls over into a generous arch for the hand. A small polished fill opening and a discreet flat foot keep the sculptural volume clear in use.
The narrow steel spout extends the direction already drawn by the crescent body.
A long spout reaches between leaves without crowding the plant.
A line for pouring.
A volume for holding.
- A crescent with a footing
- The inflated reservoir rests on a discreet flat foot, giving the curved body a stable stance. Its asymmetry starts the forward movement that continues into the spout.
- Reach, kept slender
- A narrow polished-steel tube rises from the low belly and sweeps forward. Its slender section contrasts with the broad orange reservoir while making the pouring direction clear.
- A handle within the gesture
- The top of the body curls into one thick arch, leaving a palm-sized opening. This continuous orange form gives the hand a place without adding a separate grip.
