  2. 02IntegrationsPayments, sign in, a CRM or a legacy API. Each one adds build and test time, so each one is listed.
  3. 03PlatformsWeb only, or iOS and Android too. One shared React Native codebase keeps a second platform from doubling the cost.
  4. 04Launch dateA fixed date with less runway means more people in parallel. We tell you on the first call if it is realistic.

Is the quote really fixed?

Yes. Once you sign the plan, the price per stage does not move. If you add scope, we price the change first and you decide.

How do payments work?

Builds are billed per stage, after you sign off that stage. Sprints are paid upfront and retainers monthly. Invoices are due in 14 days.

Can we start with a Sprint and continue?

Most clients do. If you move into a build within 60 days, the Sprint fee is credited against the Conception stage.

Do your prices include VAT?

No. EU businesses outside Portugal are invoiced under the reverse charge, so no VAT is added. Portuguese clients pay 23%.

Do you work for equity?

No. Fixed fees keep our advice independent. We are happy to plan stages around your raise or a launch date.

What does it cost to run after launch?

Hosting and services are billed to you directly, at cost. We include an estimate of the monthly running cost with every quote.
