  1. 01

    Shape the plan

Workshops, scope and a clickable prototype, so you approve the product before a line of code.

  2. 02

    Build in sprints

Weekly demos on a staging link. You test real screens, not status reports.

  3. 03

    Refine together

We fix, polish and test on real devices until every flow holds up.

  4. 04

    Ship and support

We launch, watch the first weeks closely and hand over clean code and docs.

Testimonials

Founders who shipped with us.In their own words.

Product leads, designers and founders on what working with Slipway felt like.

“We saw a working build every Friday. Launch day felt like a formality, not a gamble.”

Ross Martin Product Manager, Phasekit

“Slipway turned a messy brief into a design system our own team still builds on. The cleanest handover I have seen.”

Linda Stinson Art Director, Kromo

“They challenged our scope in week one and cut a feature nobody needed. That honesty is rare.”

Anika Geller Business Analyst, Natchpay

“One lead, one channel, no chasing. I always knew what shipped and what came next.”

Joey Bagara Project Manager, Covenant

“Their designers sweat the details I usually have to fight for. Our checkout finally feels calm.”

Miranda Wallace UX Designer, Tribe

“Our app reached both stores on the date we promised our investors.”

Taha El Maliki Business Developer, Grubspot

“The new site paid for itself in demo requests within the first quarter.”

Henry Statterman Sales Manager, Hewitt

“They joined our standups, paired with our engineers and left docs we actually use.”

Anna Klecenszki Project Manager, Vonmo

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted after a free scoping call. Websites start at $18k and apps at $45k, with a fixed price per stage instead of an open meter.

How long does a project take?

Most websites launch in 6 weeks and apps in 12 weeks. Your proposal comes with the full timeline, week by week.

Who owns the designs and the code?

You do, from the first invoice. Repositories, design files and accounts live under your company from day one.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We join your tools and rituals, pair with your engineers and leave documentation they can build on.

What happens after launch?

We watch the first weeks closely and fix what comes up at no cost. After that, a monthly plan covers new features if you want one.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before the first call if you prefer. Your idea stays yours.
