Studio

Fourteen people, one ramp.Senior from the first call.

Since 2017 we have designed, built and launched products for startups, from a studio in Lisbon and a remote team across CET.

Three rules.No exceptions.

Written on the studio wall in 2017. We have not needed a fourth.

Two Slipway designers reviewing printed screens laid out on a table

Friday design review: every screen, before you see it.

  1. 01

    Seniors do the work.

Everyone on your project has shipped products before. Nobody learns on your budget, and nobody hands you to a junior after the pitch.

For you: The people on the first call are the people on the board.

  2. 02

    Show it working.

We prefer a staging link to a status report. If it is not on staging by Friday, it is not done.

For you: A build you can test on your own phone, every week.

  3. 03

    Small scope, shipped.

We cut a feature before we cut quality. A smaller launch that works beats a big one that slips.

For you: A launch date we can both keep.

Four leads, four stages. One of them runs your project.

Each lead owns one stretch of the ramp. All four review your work every Friday.
