Do we need to connect anything before the demo?
No. The first call uses a sample network close to yours. Connecting a site comes after, and only if you want to.
Who will be on the call?
A solutions engineer who has run charging operations before, and a member of our product team if you want to go deep on playbooks or the API.
Will Salve touch our chargers during the trial?
Not unless you say so. Watch-only mode diagnoses every fault and writes down what it would do, without sending a single command.
Is the trial free?
