What customers say about the price

It paid for itself before the second invoice. We had been paying trucks to drive two hours and press a reset button.

Ask a pricing question
What counts as a port?

Each connector that can charge a vehicle on its own. A dual-cable charger that shares one power module and charges one car at a time counts as one port.

Can we start with a few sites?

Yes. Most networks start with one or two sites on Essentials, then switch on Operations site by site. You only pay for the ports that are connected.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Connecting a charger is a change of its backend URL, and our team connects the first site with you on a call.

Do we pay for chargers that are offline?

Ports that send nothing for a full billing month are not charged. Ports under repair keep their history.

Do you work with public agencies?

Yes. Network plans support cooperative purchasing, annual invoicing and purchase orders, and we work through your procurement process.

Can we cancel?

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month. Yearly plans run to the end of the term. Your data export stays available for 90 days either way.
